Ciana March is an art director and brand consultant with a focus on fashion, craft and architecture. Through the medium of photography and film, she explores ideas of tradition, place and process. She collaborates with like-minded creatives and brands who share her passion for a life simply lived.

In 2014 Ciana graduated with a Masters of Architecture, meaning that quite neatly, her full name is Ciana March MArch. While she no longer practices architecture, her approach and aesthetic is greatly informed by her architectural studies. In 2020 along with a fellow art director, Ciana relaunched Concrete Collar, a digital platform that explores the cross-pollination of fashion and architecture.

As Project Creative Director of The Snug Project, Ciana led a limited edition prints and calendar sale in aid of ALONE, raising over €22,000. Featuring 12 Irish snugs captured by photographer Finn Richards, the project highlights the social vacuum that year-long forced pub closures have left in many Irish people’s lives. The Snug Project was chosen as part of the 100 Archive’s official selection for 2020 and was featured by It’s Nice That, along with Ireland’s leading print and digital publications.

Ciana is a regular contributor to both print and digital publications and has written for The Business Post, Thread, FRANC and Offset.

As an art director, Ciana works with brands to conceive, direct and execute campaigns, digital content and special projects.

As a brand consultant, Ciana works with retailers and designers to marry their commercial and creative goals.

Ciana’s work in the fashion industry has led to accolades by The Irish Times (“50 People To Watch in 2018”), Vogue (“Celtic Cool Girls”) and U Magazine (“Trailblazer of the Year”).
